At Cake Choice, every cake is freshly made to order with care and attention. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not possible.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly at info@cakechoice.co.uk, ideally within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaints received after 48 hours may not be considered.

While we are not obligated to provide a refund, we always aim to resolve any genuine issues fairly. At our discretion, we may offer:

A partial refund

A full refund

A discount on a future purchase

 

Cancelations:

Order cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance.
Cancellations requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
