Welcome to Cake Choice. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Products and Services

Cake Choice offers freshly made cakes, cupcakes, toppers, and candles for delivery in London and the surrounding areas. All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance.

2. Ordering and Delivery

We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance. For wedding cakes, please order at least 7 days in advance.

We offer next-day delivery depending on availability.

If no one is available at the delivery address or the address provided is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If we are unable to reach you, you will be responsible for collecting the order.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT.

We accept all major bank cards as payment.

Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled with at least 5 days’ notice.

Refunds are generally not offered due to the perishable nature of our products, but we may offer a refund or discount at our discretion for valid issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Allergens and Dietary Information

All products come with an allergen label attached to the box.

We do not offer allergen-free cakes, and all cakes are made in an environment that handles common allergens, including gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, and soy.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check allergen information before placing an order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cake Choice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
This includes, but is not limited to, courier delays, delivery errors due to incorrect information, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

7. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account for easier ordering and order history access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, designs, and text, is the property of Cake Choice and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our written consent.
Unauthorised use will be met with appropriate legal action.

9. Privacy and Data Use

We collect personal data such as name, email, address, and payment details strictly for order processing.
We use trusted third-party services, including Shopify and secure payment providers, to handle transactions and data.
